Elie Wiesel

  1. You guys did a really good job memorizing your key points! I could tell you tried to rehearse your presentation. It is crazy that someone experienced such a traumatic event, but was later able to survive and write about it. He demonstrated how awful the Holocaust was, but he was able to share to the rest of the world these horrors. Good job!

  3. Its hard to go wrong with talking about Elie Wiesel. Its pretty clear that we could use some more people like him in this world. Surviving the holocaust is a complicated thing. Some people see it as the greatest possible accomplishment but Elie Wiesel doesn't seem to be to proud. He is always looking at his next step to improve the world.
You had a great presentation as far as content an organization. I think your clip was perfect and your guys flowed well between points.

  7. I never knew what a humanitarian was and I did never knew what strong thoughts he had on world peace. I also never knew that he was jewish and how he got to the United States. I really liked how you all talked the same amount. You also all really seemed to know a lot of information on him.

  8. I had heard of Elie Wiesel and his book Night before, but had not known much about his other works and know I do. Your presentation went very smoothly and you did a good job of using all three people in your groups knowledge.

  9. This was a most informative presentation. I hadn't even heard of Elie Wisel let alone know of the contributions he had given. The fact that he was given a Nobel Peace Prize was very impressive. I think that fact that he made something out of nearly nothing was pretty sweet. I think that the way your group cycled through the three presenters was very good. The slides were also very very well put together and detailed. Like a said, a most impressive presentation
